Who we are
BozAds is a trading name of Semir Kahrimanovic, sole trader, Grays, Essex, England. Contact: semir@bozmaps.com. These terms cover your use of this website (www.bozads.co.uk), the free SEO checker and the client portal.
Services
BozAds is the marketing side of BozApps. All paid services, including SEO, GEO and marketing work, are sold and delivered under the BozApps terms at bozapps.co.uk/legal/terms. If anything in these website terms conflicts with your signed proposal or the BozApps terms, the proposal and the BozApps terms take priority.
Free SEO checker
- The checker reads publicly available pages of the website address you enter and scores them against a set of on-page checks. It is an automated, informational tool and not professional advice.
- Only check websites you own or have permission to check. Do not use the tool to probe, load-test or scrape other people's sites.
- Use is capped at a fair number of checks an hour. We may withdraw or change the tool at any time without notice.
- Results are a snapshot of what the tool could see at that moment and may not reflect how search engines or AI assistants treat the site.
Client portal: acceptable use
The portal is provided to clients under the client agreement. When you use it you agree to:
- keep your login details private and tell us straight away if you think they have been compromised;
- upload only content you own or have the right to use, including images, logos and copy;
- not upload anything unlawful, defamatory, infringing or malicious, including malware;
- not attempt to access another client's workspace, interfere with the portal, or bypass its security;
- not use automated tools to scrape or overload the portal.
We may suspend portal access for accounts that breach these rules.
No guarantee of results
Search engines, advertising platforms and AI assistants are run by third parties and change constantly. We do not guarantee any particular ranking, position, traffic level, number of leads, or citation or mention in any AI assistant. Any figures we quote in proposals or reports are estimates or historical observations, not promises.

The design, text and code of this website belong to Semir Kahrimanovic unless stated otherwise. You may view and print pages for your own use. Please do not copy or republish them without permission. Links to other websites, including BozApps, are provided for convenience; those sites have their own terms.
Liability
The website and the free SEO checker are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the website or the checker, including loss of profit, data or business. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to them.
